It also says that I can speak English in QT outside the game stream, if I have it.

This suggests that there are 3p or QT, which are not bad guys QT, or maybe just give bad guys the opportunity to speak Russian.

I do not know why this would be useful for 3p. (And my ego likes being targeted at bad guys.)

Was I the only one who translated the appeal as an offer to shoot me? This is not a cure.
