In short it is a mechanic intended to punish town for trying to solve the game using mechanics in lieu of old fashioned leg work. No. There isn't a way to "gain" KP with the Hurricane Kills without taking a huge risk. Remember, Hurricane Kills take place instead of Mafia KP; so mafia cannot both Hurricane Kill someone and NK someone. Theoreically, it can be used to NK 2 people for sure on N3 if the rolecop checks blue players on N1 and N2. But because (unlikely Soup Kills which are allowed on top of mafia NK) Hurricane Kills AND Mafia NK are mutually exclusive (you can use either one but not both in a night) then rolecop doesn't realistically add effective KP. I'm guessing you missed the text where mafia can't Hurricane Kill with "Vanilla Town." For mafia to kill vanilla town, then they must kill them using their Tropical Storm Name; only Miller, Wanderer and 'blue' roles can be killed by using the role in Hurricane Kills. | ||
