Day 1 is the most spammy anyways, I don't see the point of encouraging it. And I think a lower night post count limit would be great, I'd rather the night be used for reflection than continuing arguments.

And people take PMs way to seriously now adays. It's like ex-girlfriend levels of creeping of "why don't you anwser all my PMs!" "your not talking to me so you must be mafia"

Just an update:

Unless many people have a problem with it, I'm planning to start the game this Friday night (US central time).

I have not gotten back to anyone yet nor finalized player slots; don't worry, that doesn't mean a no. That will be taken care of within the next few days once I see how many slots there are (depends on invite interest).

I'd also like to hear more thoughts/preferences about silent nights vs simply much lowered night post counts (5-10). Do people want the break time? Do you find it a valuable to talk during the nights?

Lastly, for postgame analysis, do you guys want me to not have any game knowledge and make my writeup like I did for sicilian where the cohost has all the role info only (more helpful for town) vs me having role info too and looking more from an overhead standpoint (overall play theory, more mafia focused)?

Personally I'd be more interested in it from the non-omniscient perspective.
I always learn a lot from hearing how other people develop reads and why.

As for nights I'm pretty ambivalent.

Silent nights seem like they'd be pretty weird, that's the only time when people can sort of process their reads without having to worry about the current lynch. It would be interesting to see silent nights as a standalone mechanic in an otherwise normal game to see how they change the TL meta and balance if town is on a tear lately, but I think for this game we should stick with like a 5 post limit.
