Sounds like it could be a Race Bannon induced problem cause I've also encountered the issue after engaging with..Whatever it is.

I know right. I was in Amalfi coast last week and the tourist areas sucked. Best thing was hiking and the small villages away from the coast.
Same in Paris was better away from the major tourist sights.
