Not necessarily and No. Mattchew was hinting at ceph being a bad vote throughout the day, this seemed suspicious to me, coupled with the fact that he wanted to initiate a vote switch before any evidence that ceph was doing something was also suspicious so I checked into him. He was doing the same thing for other players at that time too and so I made a case on him as I thought it looked like a case of "I know too much".
The fact he wanted to get a lynch off of cephiro does not make cephiro's alignment anymore clear, he could be scum trying to get the heat off another scum or scum knowing cephiro is town.
Since this case, I have leaned more town on him due to responses in the QT though.

I dunno Mattchew's posts re Ceph lynch sounded a lot more like "Please don't lynch this guy I don't think he's scum" rather than "Yo when this guy flips town imma have posts to point to that make me look good". I mean, scum still want ceph lynched IMO, and mattchew didn't look like he wanted ceph lynched.
Thats working on the assumption that ceph is town but I think thats reasonable given the notes? Maybe I need to re-read those.
