Would someone like to explain what is an "unsafe lynch" and in what kind of context would a townie use that to describe a day 1 lynch of a player with essentially no content? Would a person who considered Cephiro an "unsafe lynch" also have similar issues with lynching Palmar?

Well he's spending most of the time trying to figure out who he can vote for since he ostensibly dies if he votes for a certain someone (who he thinks is slytherin or somethign). But he also thinks that person knows who they are and that hasn't come up yet (although it could be say blazinghand who hasn't done anything).
I could go with "useless" yes. I would say that his lazy voting doesn't look scummy, but its clear that the top 3 candidates today (me/ceph/palmar) are all town so scum can afford to not jump on any given townie since they aren't getting lynched regardless.
