The way my PM is phrased, it will inform you upon drinking it. I will not receive a notification. It also provides immunity to day-actions. I guess they're not likely to come out anymore but the added security might be nice. I doubt you will be able to carry the immunity beyond the current Day/Night cycle. If you have information to the contrary, then by all means hold onto it.
