I think TLMafia has something unique to offer, something MS doesn't have. 48 hour days and 24 hour nights, for people who want faster days and deadline plurality lynches. Are there other mafia sites who are bigger than us with those mechanics as the standard?

And what could it hurt? Besides the fragile egos of those not chosen.

My serious thoughts, I agree with Kush on this - at least from last year, there was quite an interest following our rep (Chezinu) through his games.

Challenge here is to find someone who is active and willing to sink in the time and deal with the BS of how the other reps might play, as was said before if you cannot handle TL, you wouldn't be able to handle an all-star game.

marv/Foolishness/Chez/yamato/VE/rayn/Chezinu have done past iterations of this AFAIK and they won't want repeat players.

I'd nom any of Damdred/Kita/Artanis/ritoky/Greymist/Shining but honestly I also know all of them are very very busy people.
The other people that come to mind for me would be JAT/Koshi/Rels - if based on timezones, an NA player is more optimal/required, I'd say any of Damdred/Kita/ritoky/GM/geript/sandroba.

That's probably my shortlist FWIW.

I think Damdred would be the best player to send as he is one of the best players currently on TL Mafia and probably can play in their time zone pretty well.

Ideally you would want someone who is really good at both alignments. Which leaves you with damdred and kita from that list. Would support both because they would also leave a good impression behaviour wise.
