RLLY? you were a player in the game. It was innocent, but its like how people like to say scumslips exist - subconsciously you could have been responding to something in thread that compelled you to post because it affected your team. In any case, I could care less if you literally posted a blank post with no content and never edited it. The fact that a dead player posted during a time that there were decisions to be made is a distraction and can be seen as manipulation of the game if you really twist your arguments and squint a little from 5 feet away from your monitor.

Some I was talking to live at the time, were discussing the WIFOM of flipped scum Coag making this post and how it was preventing them from unvoting Grack. Frankly, i think this constitutes cheating as per the posting after death clause. Because it was only a popcorn... I am comfortable if the reprimand is only a warning; however, I think regardless of outcome this needs to be brought to attention. Banning for popcorn? What has this thread come to? EDIT: I love my popcorn and wouldn't ban anyone for it. WIFORM will always be WIFORM

People requested for him to post his seal or be lynched and he refused to. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=440856¤tpage=105#2092 I suggest for future hosts to explicitly ban Coag from posting his seal, or forcing Coag to post his seal early. Playing against wincon is incredibly difficult to judge, and I'm not that big of a fan of bans that are murky. I want to warn him for more of Metagame Trickery. This is a fair point (coag probably should have claimed mafia in some way or another and took not posting his seal), however I just want to make it clear that future games should have explicit considerations from preventing this from being an issue. You could also think of it this way, if coag posted his seal, it would be much harder for him to be lynched, so it was an unfair advantage for the mafia team.

The "i'll post X always as town and never as scum" has been going on for a while. gumshoe's STARSENSES, I believe Kenpachi's "I'm town", etc. Seems kind of unfair to unload all that built in frustration to Coag right now, when it's not his fault that kind of behaviour was never punished nor frowned on all these years. If you don't like it, which, to be honest, I don't like it that much either (other than some fun inside joke of course), then make it official somewhere, make everybody understand, etc. Post it in the rules, make a rally in your city, contact your senators, make a viral video, whatever. THEN if someone does it ban/warn/whatever. Doing it now seems kind of harsh and inconsistent

It just seemed like people were using it as the be all end all way to know your alignment, which I don't think is fun or fair.

Its not the action thats broken its the game.
