Banlist actions as follows:
1 Oatsmaster - Standard one game ban for failing to vote two out of the four days of the game resulting in a modkill; I am calling for a ban largely because he had prior for failing to do the same in Void (not voting multiple times). I had given him a warning for the first time he failed to vote.
2 Robik - Modkilled for behaviour, but his ban was taken care of.
3 KelsierSC - Admittedly wasn't aware that he could be punished for the TL ban - his TL ban also resulted in my replacing him with Damdred D1, but whatever happens (if anything) as a result of Blazinghand's request should suffice.

Generally we don't ban for getting tl banned during games, as missing out on the game is usually a form of punishment on its own, am willing to warn for it, but ban seems harsh, people don't usually get tl banned on purpose so its hard to attribute any malice to it. Gonna rule warning unless people feel super strongly about it

cop vs unaware miller, gf and framer in a 9 vs 3 setup.
If that isn't BM I don't know what is.

i think it was sort of bad yea, but a lot of it should be read in context. you were really baiting marv a lot. yes he called you a cunt but he's getting banned too.
funny thing is holyflare promises to be lenient on behavior in the OP and then you manage to get yourself banned.
