The thing with Clarity is this:
Townies do fuck up. Scum also do fuck up. Based only on the PM´s with him/SnB it´s impossible to tell if Clarity is mafia or not. However, when someone fucks up and there is no real explanation, it´s far more likely that it was scum who fucked up. My opinion is that if you do reaction tests you plan them out well. You don´t just throw stupid stuff there to "see what happens". It´s gonna fail, always.
Now this is what i told Oats earlier. This is exactly what i am talking about. There is some REDACTED dude whose identity/thoughts are not revealed, but he has some points why Clarity is town. If these points are valid, for example i am right now wasting my time with thinking about if we should lynch Clarity or not. WHY THE FUCK is it so hard to just stop this thing if you think it´s bullshit? Just because you don´t want to reveal you are in the same house with snb & clarity.
Guess what, you are wasting town´s time here. It´s anti-town. From all of you.

so I had to ask you the question "why did you tell REDACTED that I was going to share the information anyway" like three times before you answered.
Basically, the conclusion that you're scum comes from the fact that your actions don't make sense as town.
I guess it's true that if it really was a "reaction test" then you would have to lie at first and say you just told the other person because you were curious. So I guess the contradiction point doesn't hold.
But still, for me to believe you're town I have to believe that you
- actually thought i was going to tell the rest of the house members eventually, but still knew that I didn't want you to tell them yet
- actually decided that rather than letting me do whatever I was doing, or even find out about it, it was a better idea for you to do your plan
- didn't notice the above question the first two times i asked it
- didn't think this whole thing was important enough to tell the fourth house member about when he came in (he said he asked you if anything interesting was going on and you just told him about some stuff between you and REDACTED)
- etc.

I agree completely. Just stop hiding the identities of people / Houses. It only hinders scumhunting at this point.

I do not know. Maybe to seem like he is trying? Make a "reaction test" without thinking much? I do not know why he would do that as town either. I am trying to figure that out right now.

The only plausible reason I can thin clarity as scum would pass on this info in a PM is to try and friend whomever. Makes no sense for scum to not just sit on this info and keep it for scum otherwise.

I think me ruining snb's "experiment" isn't even his issue. It's the "lie" which was simply a mistake.

there are still stumbling blocks to accepting your decision making process came from town. For example, the decision to kill my plan without knowing what it was, by replacing it with your own early-game plan doesn't make sense to me. the fact that you ignored my question about lying the first two times. etc.
However, maybe the best way forward is for you to talk some about the other stuff going on in the thread atm, and everyone can form reads on you based on the thread?

I think multiple people sent out the same message to become house lord to everyone in thier house. Yamato did in ours. So the real problem was FT seemed confident in that post but not in his other PMs. Anything else make you feel scum on him?

There is no way of knowing SnB did it to become lord though. And there could be eole names that are alignment indicative or not we cant know so passing that info on does nothing for scum.
