Actually... that's a good point. He waited until Rayn was on board, but really, when you're a town-aligned Vigi you generally don't give a dick what other people think, you either shoot for policy (lurkers, etc) or you shoot your top scumread. You don't care if it is an unpopular choice because your goal isn't to look good, your goal is to shoot scum.
