So, for what it's worth I did not at any point think of Geript as mod-confirmed town. After living through like 20 nightkills it should have been clear something was up.

Also, BC choosing to hammer without giving it at least a few days in IML to think about it is profoundly unwise.

Specifically what happened with Marvellosity is that he and Geript (who, as a hydra, are always provided a hydra QT regardless of alignment) were communicating in a different QT. I wanted them to use the QT I provided, but Marv flamed me a bunch and I decided that it's okay for them to use their own QT. I even edited my rules to allow them to do so. After I informed them of my decision, Marv continued to flame me so I modkilled his head of the hydra.

Marv then posted in the game thread, post modkill, complaining about his modkill and claiming (falsely) that I had done so because he and Geript were posting outside the regular QT and I had edited my rules to not allow them to do so, when in fact I had done quite the opposite and been quite accomodating.

I will be requesting a 2-game ban for Marv, not for the flaming (perhaps under better circumstances i would not modkill him for this) but for posting after his modkill knowingly and willfully about things currently going on in the game. When I was modkilled and thought it was unjust about a year ago, I shut up because it's the host's game, and I contested the ban in the Ban Thread AFTER the game was over. I did not try to ruin the game for others because my ego couldn't stand being modkilled.

Marv is a nice guy and I like him, but this is a lesson he must learn-- other people's play experience matters.

As an aside, Ace played amazingly well, and were he an SK instead of an SP he might have pulled it off. He got very unlucky being roleblocked repeatedly, and SP's only advantage, which is that it's easier to hide the kills since 2 mafia NKs and a lynch happen between the shot being fired and it landing, wasn't much use when he couldn't shoot at all. He played quite well.

I think town hit a real slump starting with the Ace lynch. The choice of Geript to bus GigyaS was entirely reasonable, but he hammed it up a bit too much during the last night, made it weirder he was alive.

Palmar...if geript is modconfirmed town why the hell is he alive for so long? come on you KNOW this - the worst thing for Scum is confirmed town. Going into LYLO and he is STILL alive?

good job to geript though. Played everyone for fools with it and just sat back letting you guys argue.
