It's also weird how he thinks like one of me/Prome+Clock is scum based on.....something he didn't specify? And he ignores Aperture, Stutters and maybe even you or someone else. Like...he saw the people that attacked Xfire initially and wanted him dead, and thought those were suspicious? Wtf? Can he be this bad as town? I mean, if he actually made some good points about me/Clock, then maybe it'd be okay, but it seems he just posted that for the sake of posting something "new" and maybe not just "say something someone else has already said thus seem you have no new content". I dunno, but he's acting weird as fuck /G | ||

Firstly, we're giving him the benefit of the doubt and believing that his temper tantrum was, in fact, a temper tantrum. However, he is still probable scum. 1. His cases are bad and on what we believe to be townies. While being wrong is not necessarily a scum tell, Grokmist has done absolutely nothing except for making these two cases. He doesn't share his reads. 2. He is seemingly inconsistent when it comes to magic (minds aglow, see yesterday's post) and refuses to explain. He also refuses to disclose his deck, hand or anything magic related. While not necessarily a scum tell, it is definitely not behaviour that makes him look townie. 3. Yells at people for making the thread unreadable (too large), then shits up the thread with pointless crap about non-game related stuff. Not sure this is a scumtell, but it pissed me off. Shitting up the thread serves scum's purpose and iGrok has done it twice now. However, he was completely obvious about it and I'm not sure scum have the balls for that. Am I very sure he's scum? No. None of it's conclusive and I'm not done looking at the rest yet (primarily Nova, Rock and Suck). More tomorrow. /Acro | ||

To treat him as anything other than confirmed scum is wrong. We should be focusing on scum 2 instead of getting derailed by this. | ||

The thing that sticks out most is the "trying to stay a null read on CH". the explanation for that was quite weird. and now there is the keeping options open on xfire. now I guess I should finally read sucks filter. The whole argument that marv is never suspected of being scum on day 1 is terrible, but not sure if that points to scumminess. Gets into an argument with Oats, but doesn't really think he is scum in the end. Bit weird, but not rly scummy. bleh, too much to post everything Overall I get the impression that they are contributing. marv's style is a bit confrontational, but that is probably "totes" their style. All in all they move down a spot on my suspicion list. /zebezt | ||

I still can't see much in the way of redeeming features. He made his case on Bin before, but never discussed anyone's conclusions on him. Now he's done the same thing with Stutters. The case has been made but there's absolutely zero interaction with town about it. Grey is back now and doing as much as he was when he was in Italy. Where Aperture looks 1000 times worse than Rock, for example, is that Rock is usually involved and discussing with the thread. Rock at least seems interested in what other people have to say. At the moment I'm inclined to think that Aperture is mafia, and Nova is town by elimination. | ||

Like all those games where there is 1 scum left, but town misslynches like 4 times in a row and scum win, it's because scum put more effort than the actual lazy townies getting mislynched, thus don't appear to be scum in any of those cycles where they keep killing townies. I don't see that effort from Nova or Aperture for instance. Basically if Nova or Aperture are scum, they don't seem to be playing to win or survive longer (they need to survive like 3-4 more turns at least). You could say that everybody else in the game is putting "some effort" in that way, or an effort I can see scum doing to survive longer. Should we take this into account? /G | ||

No, i do not plan on going through any further on theposter or CH, partially because i dont think they're as scummy as others (aperture for example) and partially because i'll pretty much get laughed out again with a what are you smoking. After having read through aperture multiple times, i dunno what to feel. I'll try to sort it out. | ||
