The vt claim stuff... eh i didn't really get a read either way on that. I interpreted that claim post as more of a joke than a hidden roleclaim. I'm suspicious of how he voted with not much of an explanation.... but then reading how fast and easily a strongandbig bandwagon immediately formed makes me even more suspicious of the bandwagon. We are like 4 hours in or something and there is already a bandwagon and 4 votes for a player. I've never seen anyone other than kushm4sta attract that many votes that early and actually flip red.

I'm most concerned about darthpunk atm. First he seems a lot less "in your face" than town dp does, and I don't like his snb vote. Ironically, he seemd to vote for snb for making a shitty vote, but imo dp's vote was even worse.
He later unvotes... and doesn't give a reason why... and then he votes again for snb. He actually votes for that trolly post I referenced earlier.. the whole situation leaves me with the feeling that snb is town and dp is scum and taking the easy way out by voting based on snb's blatantly trolly and silly posts. A successful Day 1 is an active Day 1. If townies are open, active, and honest, it generates tons of information and makes it hard for scum to hide. As far as my own contributions, it seems like a really pointless question, since my answer will be biased as either alignment. I'll just let my activity speak for itself over the next 48 hours.
Also, I realize you're a new player, so please don't be afraid to post! How open and active you are is really important in order for town to figure out your alignment. If you're town, post! If you're scum, just roleclaim or somethin =D
Regarding StrongandBig
I'm so torn on him, and fortunately we have another ~40 hours to determine his alignment.
I'm undecided whether or not he's just deliberately trolling or not. Having seen him play scum in Mafia LVII and DeathNote Mini, this just seems as such a far departure from his more "careful" scum-style of play. He seems to be really inviting attention to himself at this point and is overall very ambivalent to suspicion against him.
On the other hand, his play on it's face right now just seems really scummy. My previous point (on him criticizing debears) still stands, and his recent posting is just ridiculously off. My vote will stay on him until he proves his alignment otherwise.
Regarding the Inactives
Activity has been really solid so far, but we still have two players who haven't posted, Crossfire99 and Thrawn. I'm not going to judge them after only a couple of hours, but I'm looking forward to hearing from both of them.
Also BlazingHand has been very off from his traditional "dick dick dick" screaming townie play. He's notoriously bad at scum, and his play so far is something that I'd expect from his scumplay. Again, not going to judge based on 6 hours, but he'll likely have my vote if he keeps this up.

Honestly I think it's bad to tie yourself down with ideas like that. If someone's playing scummy, they're playing scummy. My scum play isn't amazing, but due to my extreme sex appeal and enormous intelligence and penis, I can assure you that it's improved a great deal. Mostly it's due to my large penis-- it is quite a monstrosity. It works as a pad, even.
Back on topic, don't feel like you can't vote or push people because of possible contributions. This kind of play is lazy and puts preconceived notions of what certain players are worth ahead of behavioral analysis. Someone voting for me because they legitimately think I'm scum and they have the cojones to do it is infinitely more helpful to town than someone not voting me because I'm a sexy baller.
That being said, iamperfection's vote is pretty typical iamperfection throwing his vote around trying to pressure people but not doing it effectively. He needs to realize that you should vote people when you want to lynch them, or else you won't be taken seriously.

Z-BosoN should be aware it's on him as a non-DT-checkable player to distinguish himself as town, and what he's posted so far is all bullshit. ZB wanted a wagon to hop on with minimal discussion, so he puked some posts out into the thread and slapped down some poop vote. He voted debears, but unvoted him basically immediately. His reason for voting debears is also crap since debears doesn't see a need to worry about ZB right away.

S&B's "accidental" "vt claim" (both of those are in question) could be suspicious. But Z-B doesn't explain why. He doesn't set up a scum motive. He just slaps down a vote and bails. First off, a crap explanation. Everyone wants to appear as town cause getting lynched hurts your side no matter whether you're town or scum. A more correct explanation would talk about how VTs wouldn't claim VT because it narrows down potential blue snipes, and how he believes S&B was serious and not joking in that post. A town player would lay out his own thought process right away so that others understand what he's thinking. He'd respond to s&B and push the wagon, not just slap down a vote and a bad explanation.
ZB is setting up to look good as a wagon starter (since scum don't like to stick their necks out) and appear to contribute to town, but if you read his astonishingly short filter, it's clear he's not actually helping. He's flinging shit at the wall and hoping it sticks.

I guess I will try to post more since everyone is saying I should, up till now I have just been reading and taking everything in on my own ;o. As for the snb question directed at me I don't feel suspicious at all and agree that some people have been all to eager to jump on the bandwagon. I view his post as him joking around and it seems people are making a big deal out of an off the cuff comment ;/. I don't think your criticism of my first post is fair thrawn cause I felt that up until that point not much was going on (I felt that the random votes people were throwing were complete jokes ;/, or at least seemed to be), but I was glad when a page or so after some serious discussion started.
So some of my own thoughts.
The snb stuff is silly, I see no reason to vote for him at the moment. With this I think the bandwagon is unwarranted and will be keeping an eye on those who just jumped on without saying anything.
I also asked Hapa that question because I felt his posts were scummy. I felt they bogged down the discussion (talking about rules, casting doubt, etc) instead of promoting it and am trying to work out what I think about his response to it that he will just let his posts speak for themselves.

Kickstart it's interesting to hear what you have to say about the S&B wagon being bad, but it's more important to hear what you think in terms of who you think the scum is. Be forceful. Check out my masterful post attacking ZB for an example of what you should do. Just calling people town or making weak questionings of Hapa wont' help. If you think Hapa is scum, go prove it. be a man. do the right thing.

I am just throwing my vote around trying to see what's up. I think I explained both my votes on him adequately maybe you disagree with the reasons and that is fine.
The reason I unvoted S&B the first time was that I voted for Clarity for what I perceived to be an easy jump onto an easy wagon. He gave his explanation, I unvoted and then I re-voted S&B.
I cannot find the townie reasoning behind several things S&B has posted thus far. I cannot reconcile using WIFOM about his scum game as townie behaviour and I do not buy the too scummy to be scum shit.
I am far from certain about him. But if he is town I want him to shape up. I don;t like using FoS's anymore so a vote it is.

About the thing that ZB thought about scum implying they are town. That is actually what he thinks. He has said it a couple of times before. He actually uses it to catch me as scum apparently. It doesn't really effect your case that much. But I do know that this is one of his genuine scumhunting tools as town.

Even if he believes that, the fact that he didn't articulate it in his vote post, and hasn't made any real attempts to convince other people to vote with him or even write an extensive case is still damning. I'll keep that in mind, though.
