Actually, he's quite accurate. If he's town, Promethelax has a harder road ahead of him in terms of hunting scum: he's got to fend off all the "stupid townies" who are so wrong about him in addition to find scum...where if yamato is town he can just hunt scum freely because people simply aren't as suspicious of him.
By definition, Promethelax has to try harder than yamato to find scum if they're both town.
