Sorry guys, seems Snarfs got me. Having found the perfect scum formula for surviving to endgame and getting townies unanimously killed at lylo, my next masterful play is to abandon this formula and play scummily as scum.

Nope. My play day 1 was shit. I let myself get embroiled arguing about it (sense of ego/pride maybe) rather than just doing the sensible thing and clarifying.

One of the problems I'm having is guaging people, because I'm not used to being lynched.

With Matt. I know he has healthy respect for my scum play. I also know he has healthy respect for my town play because he was happy to sheep me on my judgement in Magic.

Here he is sarcastic and dismissive towards me. I can't tell if this is because he's scum or because he really thinks I'm scum. I don't know how to differentiate with him.
