But when Maju married he was totally getting lynched. Granted, he might've been gambling on getting the lynch flipped, but Mattchew claims he didn't even use the marriage to try to talk his way out of the lynch. He might have a role like Drazerk is claiming. Not all non-title roles come without explicitly mentioning voting power, apparently. On the other hand, it's Drazerk, about the least believable person in the world when it comes to roleclaims. Still, there's a ??? in the OP, not a "0", so who knows what roles can vote and what can't.

Am I the only one who sees a serious game flaw with all non title roles having zero votes? There could be a significant number of scum who would be free to vote for each other, since it wouldn't actually increase the risk of a lynch unless they think there would be a bandwagon. It would make vote analysis and flips much less useful... I think it's much more likely that non-title roles have some unknown number of votes, which could be zero; but that could be nonzero, could change between different people with the same role, could change based on the day, etcetera.
On the other hand, this is a caller game.

If we're believing roleclaims, there are other flaws as well: why make Drazerk sheep the emperor's vote, rather than just telling him he can't vote and give emperor a +1 to voting power?
Also, it took a stray question to Toad when I wanted to redistribute the viscount role that set me thinking. It's entirely possible that this would not be discovered. I see no reason to think Mafia considered their votes as 0-powered on D1. I am also inclined to propose a lynch into everybody who doesn't claim their voting power, because we CAN verify the theory.
Pick 2 scummy lynch candidates and have everybody who has "0" voting power on one of them, and everybody who has some voting power on the other. Of course, this is horrible to organize and won't happen.
