Radfield only wanted answers as he looked up at the man circling around him. He wasn't sure what had happened, one moment he was sleeping, the next he was suddenly awake with a hand pressing a cloth into his face, and now he was tied to a chair in his living room. He must have been drugged.

"Who are you? Why are you doing this?"

The other man stopped walking. He was carrying a butcher knife from Radfield's own kitchen.

"You know, I'd really love to tell you, but it's a lot more fun for me when you don't know."

Smiling wickedly, he lifted the knife, and let the point rest on Radfield's chest. Radfield only stared up at his killer, for that is what he assumed he was there for, and did not give him the satisfaction of a reaction. The other man turned his lips into a pout and then grinned again as he slowly pushed the knife into Radfield's heart.

Radfield the Vanilla Townie has been murdered in his home!

Sandroba looked up from the gurney he had been strapped down to. He struggled, but could achieve little movement besides simply wriggling his fingers and toes.

He stared in fear, at the man who circled the room around him, slowly pacing, letting the light play off the sharp scalpel in his hand. Sandroba was helpless, and the idea that this man had complete control over his fate distressed him.

Stopping behind Sandroba's head, the man looked down, straight into his face. He smiled, wickedly.

"Why don't we play doctor? That sounds like fun, doesn't it?"

Sandroba's eyes opened even wider at the words, and he began to scream, as his murderer made the first incision.

Sandroba the Medic has died on the operating table!

Over the years, killing had become a ceremony. It was a solemn occasion, a sacred one, and he took it seriously. He owed at least that much to his victims, and tonight was no different. He looked down at Annul, who lay on the ground bleeding, several large slashes drawing crimson lines across his chest and abdomen. It was artistry, and his victims were his canvas. They should feel honoured, for being able to participate in this rite, he thought. Instead, he was only met with looks of fear and pain, and again, tonight was no different. Annul tried to crawl away, but he made slow progress. The other man let him inch along for a small time, contemplating the significance of the attempted escape. He then walked forward and plunged his sword through Annul's back and heart, killing him instantly.

Annul the Vanilla Townie has been slain!

xtfftc stumbled forward, splashing into the water. He heard the crunch footsteps in sand, as his assailant followed him. xtfftc clenched his fingers into the mud, and tried to scrabble forward, pulling himself. He didn't make it far, however, before he felt a heavy boot in the center of his back and was pushed back down. He tried to get up again, but this time it was his head that was being pushed down, into the water. He struggled to breathe, as he took water into his lungs, and each time he managed to bring his head above the water long enough to cough and breathe, it was quickly pushed back down. Soon enough, though, his struggles became weaker, and eventually ceased, before his corpse was left afloat, water gently lapping around it near the shore.
