I doubt there will be much debate on this; it's a matter of consistency more than anything else. | ||

Something about it is illegal to take screenshots to document anything. What about it? It just happened in TL Mafia L so those guys can't really talk about it but I think it sucks since you can't really fake PMs anymore with this. Of course people could fake the screenshots but that takes a lot of technical ability and that's not really what this game is about. People should stick to posting (easily forgeable) text logs if they want to "document" anything. Yea that's about it. I'm quite sure I've complained about this once before and people told me that I was a crazy man but I kinda like to take it up again because I'm really against screenshots of anything, inboxes, QuickTopics, chatlogs, anything. The idea is that textual evidence is easier to forge, anybody who can type can forge it. This makes any such evidence a subject for discussion and behavioral analysis. Any screenshots will not be subject to any discussion about the authenticity if it, and if it is it's going to be about some of the pixels, and that's not what mafia is about in my opinion. Also, just because I remembered this problem again because of TL Mafia L, it is in no way bashing neither Mattchew nor flamewheel. | ||

The problem with Your case is that You point out the "Pokemon hint" while it's not related to my traitor plan(it was just me roleplaying a Pokemon Trainer Joey). It's like taking one word out of entire case and saying it's wrong. What I think: If I were really the traitor, I would've picked different thing to roleplay. It wouldn't be Pokemon Trainer Joey and Salvatore but someone like Illidan or Team Rocket Member(and probably go for a Zubat). I trolled to make me look like a traitor. I haven't done it subtle or correctly: character's I've played were neutral or stupid. If I were the real traitor I'd probably try to stay hidden and hint things from time to time, not risk my damn Blue life and troll hard. I thought Caller was Traitor but he proved he's Day Vigilante. I posted my reasoning already. From JubJub Mafia, we have Kurumi forging a host PM without explicitly stating it is a host PM, although it was pretty obvious he intended for people to think it was. Should probably reword the OP to account for this gray area. | ||

Blazinghand's Generic Rules Introduction: Mafia is an educated guessing game of epic proportions. The objective of the game is to lynch or kill all mafia members before they outnumber the rest of the town. It's much like a game of poker because mafia members are also part of the town during the day and may manipulate the vote to their liking. If the mafia at any time outnumber or equal the townspeople, they win. The town's goal is to lynch all the members of the mafia. The game is typically very active, so the thread will get big quickly. However, it is essential to read the thread to play the game. If you do not have the time or patience to read the whole thread, do not play. I will not compensate for ignorance. Insults and abrasive play happen, but it must all be oriented towards trying to win the game. Don't be that guy. The main thing is: don't insult for the purpose of insulting only. I'm very verbal about people getting out of line, so if you cross the line I will let you know. I am not afraid to ruin a game of mafia for 10 people and 4 hosts just to modkill someone. I haven't specifically outlined what exactly I find unacceptable because I'm lazy, but I'm not too lazy to modkill people for violating rules that only exist in my head and nobody knows about. As a general rule, I basically moderate entirely on my discretion. My goal is for everyone to have a good time. My co-hosts will also moderate entirely on their own judgement. Most of the time you will be warned directly and personally if you step out of line before any bigger actions are taken.
