What are your opinions on voting vs just PoPing? Stupid as fuck. Hrm, even with 48 hour days, you feel that is still insufficient time for the use of voting to work? What would you say constitutes as 'enough' time? If you have ever seen a democracy actually try to work through an issue you would know that is a fool's question. We could have week long days and would be lucky if we actually resolved exactly what the hell we wanted to do. 48 hours is definitely better, but I still think the proposed voting system is irreparably flawed. I'm wondering what you propose then? I'm not disagreeing, just wondering what your opinion is, out of curiosity. Should we try to enforce any system, or just go for total anarchy? My only reservation with complete freedom, is that it makes it more easy for us to achieve a situation where no one's lynched, because everyone disagrees, and all the pulls counteract the pushes. Then again, that's just in theory, maybe people will listen to reason in scumhunting. I think there is an inherent problem with trying to enforce some sort of system. I think it would lead to policy lynch abuse by mafia which is not worth the trade off. As far as a system goes, even Anarchy has a structure of sorts. We should ALWAYS do what makes sense. What that means is think your shit through properly. Before I brought up how stupid this voting idea was most people just sheeped with it. That is dumb, use some critical thinking skills and realize that there are flaws with every plan and decide if the pros outweigh the cons.
As far as a bunch of non lynches go, that will never be a problem if you guys put an ounce of effort into this game. Propose a target, give good reasoning, then argue your points until people see your weigh. Exactly like what I did with Keifru and Kitaman.
Which brings me to my next point. Less than 12 hours remain. Start pushing both of them. Although, I am also interested in hearing Keifru's excuse for his inability to be pushed though.

Some people believe using a normal Mafia system of voting has pros that outweigh the cons. Atleast I do.

I just wish you would give reasoning/argue and then PoP them next time. =/

I can be pushed/pulled. Its just a little bit harder.
I'm getting the feeling role analysis and...can't remember the word for it at the moment, are not done much here...

come on, the deadline is fast approaching and someone should be hung, Keifru currently is leading in votes, but he takes some effort to push (im assuming double the pushes or pulls). Do we really want the day to end with a no lynch guys?

You'll kill a lot of people before I get into the flames or fall off, just giving you a heads up. I don't think you're understanding when I say I'm a wall separating who can be pushed into the flames/pulled off the belt. Actually, if I'd take a guess, I'd say Ace added that change so people can be pulled off was to fix a problem that would occur otherwise because of my role.

I think he's saying people can't move past him.
Also, because there's no one else proposing things:
##Push: Kenpachi ##Pull: Annul
Lurkers gonna lurk. Putting actual pressure on them.

This bugs me. We don't NEED lynch someone; and lynching someone JUST to be lynching someone is idiocy, no matter who it is. We have a higher chance of lynching town than scum, so 'random' lynching will only help scum.
@GMarshal: Is your vote still just because of the "weak OMGUS vote", or does it have other weights to it now?

##Push: Keifru ##Pull: Annul
My ability has been used so I can't pop, but this is what i would do now.

Ok so I've been thinking, and RoL is right with the problems with the voting plan
1) It lets the mafia bandwagon and actually promotes bandwagoning so people can use it as an excuse so to why they voted for someone.
2) While in an ideal situation it might work out as planned, due to people being not being organized it will probably only have half the players following it and that defeats its purpose which is to bring about some sort of order/organization to town.
I was wondering if we all moved closer to the fire? Not like right next to the fire but maybe two away from it. Mafia would be afraid of being burned while townies are less so cause they're just part of a big group. Right now it seems like we can't get anywhere in terms getting enough people organized to push people into the fire.

##Push: Keifru
Let's see how your ability works, because right now you're just talking around it.

Hrm, this is what my personal list looks like. Anyone else care to throw one together? Even if its just a top 3 scumspects. ![](/mirror/smilies/smile.gif)
Towngibles Kitaman27 - Liking the posts RoL - town vibes GGQ - liking his posts Eiii - like the posts made but I would like more for better accuracy.
Mr. Wiggles - Leaning town, but a lot of setup talk and not a lot of scum hunting fmpov...bears watching.
Neutrals/No Read Rean Chaoser OriginalName Annul CubEdin Darmousseh - I believe he does have a positional-based trigger ability (at minimum) but I don't know if he is town or scum as such an ability could go either way. Insanious - Something feels a bit off to me from one of his posts, but I can't put my finger on it and its not strong enough to put him into even leaning scumspects. Really want more posts from you.
Scumspects GMarshal - Rereading posts, came across this from Kitaman: + Show Spoiler +On March 19 2011 04:52 kitaman27 wrote: I find it questionable that your whole platform has been to carefully plan out the voting before making a dumb push/pull that cannot be undone and then the first thing you do is to Push darm. How effective do you expect your pressure votes to be, when you don't even have a vote of your own?
So I'm leaning scum on GM, as I find this to be a good point. Bumatlarge - leaning slightly scum on him Meapak - At first, I had a small vibe that I might be in a townie vs townie arguement, but his posts have increasingly made me believe it was a false alarm.
Bleh Pile Kenpachi
Ponymouse Keifru
Other Notes If Chaoser or Darm is scum, I believe the other is town (not saying one must be scum) due to some of their interactions.
@Mod: Do we know if scum have daytalk, or if its just night talk?
In short: More posting and more hunting =V (especially from the Neutrals)

I don't like that people are pushing that we 'should lynch someone today', since we have the ability to masslynch pretty much whenever we want.

All scum have daytalk in TL games

I don't see a majority being reached; If this continues to D2 with only smattering support for voting I'll have to write it off. Until then...
##Pull Eiii ##Push CubEdin
I'm going to make it a little harder to snipe some people. Eiii because I think of the people I could Pull that are 'close' to the flames, he is better to have around; CubEdin because I'd rather have him around over Insanious at the moment.
