@Shockeyy: I'm trying to avoid conflict at the moment. Even if I wanted to attack you with my 1 Fleet it has 0 support so you'd just take your land back and endgame me. | ||

Also, why was Bre-Gas pointed out as an aggressive move while Bel-Ruh was not? (As in, is there some characteristic of Bre-Gas that makes it seem more aggressive?) | ||

No. You can make more units IF the number of SCs you own is greater than the number of units you currently have on the board. IF this is true, then you can build another unit (either F or A) in any one of your Home SCs that you own. | ||
