am I allowed to throw up an OP with closed signups and then open it when it's time to start the game or should I just wait until the normal time I'd prefer if you didn't. Whenever this has happened in the past people try to signup anyways, no matter how obvious we make it that signups aren't open.

Yeah a lot of people talk about the DotA one but unfortunately I'm not as well-versed in that game. Its still up for grabs if anyone wants to do it; I'd for sure play!!
