Priority right now is finding a confirmed townie through which they can communicate via PM, hopefully getting to me that way. A DT can check me as well and then confirm to me directly, but like many have said, if I were a mafia player I'd be the #1 pick for godfather. I'm PMing people and posting in the thread on a need to know basis. If anyone wants to know more in-depth what I'm thinking, talk to me in the great PM land. I'm not going to let everyone in on every thought in my head because: a. i don't want mafia to know b. don't want to spam the thread i'm feeling much better about pandain/aeres/southrawrea then I was when I posted that, to be clear. I'm obviously a prime candidate for a DT check, I feel DTA is suspicious as well as coagulation. | ||

How does letting mafia know what you are thinking about each player going to benifit them? Im not saying tell everyone everything you know, don't give away who the medic is etc, im suggesting it'll probably be helpful to everyone except mafia if you give reasons and analysis on who you believe could be scum b. Spamming the thread? This is what mafia is, posting about people and why they could be mafia is the entire point of this game. This seams like a random defence to try and make dt's waste their checks with random targets At the moment i see alot of nothingness in your posts, either post why you want dt's to check your list (im assuming that you suspect them to be mafia) or dont post anything like that at all. To dt's, check the thread and decide for yourself who to check. Posts like DrH's which just have a list and NO resoning should be ignored. | ||

In order to give my case on certain people I have to reveal a lot of PM's and I feel I need to apply more pressure first. One of the last things you should do as town is respond to every point, post every thought you have, etc. It's not a defense at all. Of course the DT's should read the thread and make their own decision but DTA had a lot of suspicion thrown on him and has made it worse for himself in PM land. Please don't expand the fact that I didn't analyse all 6 players into "alot of nothingness in all of my posts", that's trying on purpose to make me look bad. Have you ever considered that in certain cases revealing my reasoning could be counter productive? You don't know for what reason I may withhold information from mafia ears, so don't assume it's for no reason. If my lips are sealed, there is a reason why. So far you've contributed nothing other than attacks on me you didn't even contribute a vote  | ||

ideally, i would want a mafia player to believe I trust them so they are more willing to talk to me/fuck up in PMs to me. if they think I know they're mafia then they aren't going to do that. | ||

Coagulation comes second under my radar for his aggressive posting and he made a couple of soft defenses of DTA in PM's to me. I originally didn't like how SouthRawrea was responding to PM's I sent him but I'm more inclined now to believe he is town. I don't have my mind totally made up about Pandain but because I am in such close correspondence with him I think a DT check on him might be a waste because if he slips up I'll have no problems noticing it. When a DT gets to me through a confirmed townie, then we'll start confirming more blues: starting with my pocket medic. But for now I want to focus on maybe getting a scum tonight? We got BrownBear day 1 so we might as well take the momentum that's in our favor. | ||

You openly say what you think about someone anyway, you give a list of people you suspect, whats the difference between saying "i suspect player a" and "i suspect player b because of x, y and z evidence". I don't see how you posting your reasons and analysis can be benifical to the mafia, if you die then we have no idea why you suspected these people then were fucked if you get hit, with your info you have on people then others can come to the conclusion you were right about someone and hopefully hit a mafia. If not, all we have is a random list and no idea why these people could be mafia. | ||

One thing to be wary of though is bandwagons, no matter how legitimate they seem. ie. right now I might seem scummy, but if I get lynched/die, when I flip town, make a note of people who started it, and then make a note of people who pushed it. That said, right now, I don't think DrH is mafia. I never did, because if a medic actually came up to him and he was, he wouldn't tell the town, he'd kill that person either n1 or n2, depending on how paranoid he was. If the whole thing was a scheme, I'd expect a better fake scenario than that. Not to mention that the mafia can win by preventing the town from doing anything (ie. Day 1 "there's no discussion to be had so let's not talk about anything") / if the town does nothing, the mafia win. For those of you still wondering why I voted for Kenpachi, you'll notice that most of the times where Kenpachi was above BB, someone would bump up BB. Suspicious? I think so. | ||

Is the priority right now really to find confirmed townies to strengthen the town circle? or is it to find confirmed scum? Also, you gave a list of scum suspects before, right? Coag, pandain, DTA, etc.? Do you have a list of probable townies to check? Personally, I think DT's should still be trying to find scum. Check players you find suspicious, if they come back town oriented, great, your circle just grew. Of course, Godfather could throw a wrench in that... | ||

DONT just fucking do what DOCH tells you to do. theres no way to know for sure if hes mafia calling the shots or not. plus mafia will most likely be gunning for these people if they arent scum during night.
