He tried unsucessfuly to gain the attention of some of the better looking women, scaring them off with his sleazy one liners and caked on cologne. He made his way to the bathroom that night, but he would never leave. He shut the door of the bathroom behind him and turned to face a huge man. He felt a sense of impending dread, as though his life would end soon. The gigantic man grabbed him by the shoulders and delivered a headbutt so powerful it caved in the top of Lucktar's skull. Even though he possessed superhuman strength, the bones of his fist broke easily as he punched what seemed to be impenetrable armor. Curious he walked toward it, unaware of the man hiding around the corner. He moved the chair back to its place and was then struck in the back of the head by a baseball bat. He crumpled to the floor, his killer laughing maniacally as he bashed kingjames' skull to pieces with the bat. Possible Clues: "Baseball bat" This is the clue that is getting the most attention since it appears so obvious. One may think it is too obvious, but if Hittegods is indeed scum, he has no other profile information to make a clue out of. Another possible reference is to jaminz who has a Sandlot quote (awesome baseball movie) by the The Great Bambino himself. YummyBlaBla made a late night stop at the pharmacy for some pain medication. He was walking back to his truck in the dark parking lot when he heard a roar. The loud noise startled him. There are no lions or tigers in Liquivania, but what was waiting for him was much worse. He hurriedly made his way into the truck, but an arm grabbed him from the back and pulled him out. He felt a knife stab into the back of his neck and as soon as he died, his attacker had fled the scene. Possible Clues: "roar" "no lions or tigers" The first thing I think of is "Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!" But it appears our two bear references got killed off that night. Can a clue point to a scum that got killed that night? chesshaha is from Boston, which is associated with Bruins, but that is too far of a stretch for even my standards. I can't really find any other animals, except a monkey, which doesn't really make a loud roar. | ||

Actions and voting history are way more concrete when searching for scum, so look at mine. I voted for Masq, a vampire, and Artanis[Xp], a mafia. Both votes could have swung either way. Why would I push to lynch one of my own kind? Also I have voted for who I suspect, not always with the bandwagon. If you look back at my clue analysis I have called out both Aeres, a mafia, and MetalFace, a vamp. Again, why would I attack a teammate? If you can find a post of mine that wasn't pro-town, point it out. Others have been slipping by for weeks now, while this is the first time I've been even remotely suspect. Enough town has been targeted and modkilled, I just don't want you guys to waste another and fall even further behind. If there is a dt or even a mad scientist that wants to analyze the clue, then I wouldn't be opposed to prove my innocence. | ||

Your posting history is stereotypical mafia IMO. Lot of "nothing" posts, some loose analysis here and there but don't really push anything, lots of questions or answering easy questions to feign activity. And in defense of yourself, you over-exaggerate"calling out" Aeres and MetalFace as well as the importance of your vote on Masq. At this point I'm quite confident you are not town. I realize you decided to pass over my strongest defense because you "don't feel like making an analysis of the vote right now", but when on day 3 when I cast my vote against Artanis[xp], the score was 11-11. Explain to me why I would go after him when the voting was so close? As for Masq, if I was vampire, wouldn't it be smart to bandwagon the alternative to Masq early to make it a viable lynch? Thus, no I am not saying I'm scum. Also whats with all those quotes you put. They don't even have a name that someone posted. One shows that it's pandians right but the next ones we dont know who those posts belong to. All quotes obviously belonged to SiNiquity. The one you seem to be looking at was a nested quote that wasn't formatted. I'm not sure how that is even relevant though... I dont know why you are bring up Artanis here. He's already dead. I wasn't even thinking of that other post. About two days ago after looking back at the clues here is what I noticed: Somewhere deep in the town, bumatlarge was sitting alone at a bar at midnight. He wasn't alone, there was another man sitting in the corner. The man stared at bum, making him nervous and jittery. As he started pounding down more drinks the man approached him. He was thin and gaunt, he appeared to be a scholar of some sort. The man finally spoke I really love to read. I'll read pretty much anything that I find interesting, and that's a lot of shit. World War II historical accounts, War and Peace, Dante's Inferno, anything by W.E.B. Griffin/Steve Berry, Stel Pavlou's "Decipher", astronomy textbooks, "Uncle John's Bathroom Reader" series... you name it, I'll probably read it. I pm'd someone with the clue since they said in a pm that they knew someone who knew a Dt. (I'm not sure if they want to reveal themselves to confirm or not, but it would be appreciated). They replied with a simple "thanks" and I never heard back. Then two days latter Aeres pops up dead with no further mention of his name. I'm not exactly sure what they did with the clue I gave them, whether they checked him or somehow leaked it or if Aeres being targeted just happened to be a coincidence, but I realize now that it was a mistake to not mention it here. I wanted proof from a dt or mad scientist before I went after him since he seemed clean from his posts, but I never heard back. And MetalFace you mentioned only in passing, a single line in a post naming many other names (yes, mine included). Neither of these makes for a strong defense, yet you represent them as such. I know town and mafia can swing either way with regard to posting / voting patterns (WIFOM and all that jazz), and I'm not basing my decision on useless banter as everyone, myself included, is guilty of that. But the over-exaggeration just doesn't sit right with me. It seems dishonest. I admit you can call pointing out the MetalFace reference weak, but if I was vampire, why wouldn't I just omit it? No one would ever notice if I did. I guess it comes down to whether you want to go after someone who is actually trying to defend himself or someone who has been skating by for days as a lurker. | ||

At this point if 1 more mafia dies, their chances of winning are slim to none, as the town's mafia kill win condition is reached. If you are indeed mafia, why jump on the bandwagon to lynch your teammate, knowing that it would seal the fate of your own team? At the time you voted the score was only 4-3, so its not like you could have predicted the end results in order to hide in with everyone else. Does that not seem more like a vampire action than mafia? I have not voted yet, but I would like to hear your reasoning behind this decision. | ||

Zerroth, I ask you the same question I asked your buddy spydR. If you two are indeed mafia, why would you vote off HeavOnEarth, thus ending your chances? What was your reasoning? How do we know you two aren't vampire making a last ditch effort out of desperation to evade a town victory? | ||

It is slightly concerning that as mafia member, you can name only 2 kills (one of which is a vampire). I thought for sure it would be over for us when four separate clues popped up pointing to me. Clue: He cried for help only to hear his own echo. When silence drowns the screams. Well, most kinds of dirt, not that fancy store-bought dirt. I can't compete with that stuff. Basically all of my game chat took place in the Vampire IRC headquarters so, as Sinquity pointed out, nearly nothing I said was really of value. At first I tried to defend myself with weak voting patterns and even weaker clue analysis posts, but it didn't seem like anyone was buying it. The "pm" that I came up, out of desperation, technically existed, but it was really just something I mentioned to everyone in the chat channel when we were deciding on hits. The fact that I was actually trying to defend myself was probably the only reason I was allowed to survive. At some point, a bunch of people jumped on the HeavOnEarth bandwagon thanks to a bunch of votes from the town circle and I was allowed to live another day. As for the last day, thankfully the town decided to go for Spydr early and all four of us vampires jumped on board to end the vote. Zerroth claiming mafia actually was more confusing than it was helpful. The night before he was one of our targets since he had a clue pointing at him and there was a scummy post attacking me the day before. The fact that he claimed meant that there would have to be 2 ghosts left to protect him from a double kill, which didn't really make much sense. We considered the fact that he was using our prior hit to the towns advantage and was really just another townie trying to draw a double kill. In the end though, he revealed his hit and witch target list, which sealed the deal, especially after the bizarre slip by Node. Vampire dedication paragraph: Masq- You were dead before we got a chance to meet. At least you managed to take out the powerhouse Veldril in the process. bumatlarge- BRUUUTE! I've made sure to keep your cage nice and shiny even after death. youngminii- Haven't heard from him since he had himself committed to a mental institution claiming everything around him was a bomb. Poor guy. thegilaboy- Don't forget to bring the plain chips and dip to the party! kingjames01- I'm still trying to recover from that drink of mine you spiked. MetalFace- I warned you it was a bad idea to make "your mom" jokes to DrH. Iankill- At least you managed to remember to join chat a couple of times. Now if only you could remember to vote. Divinek- You clearly outshined the guy you replaced (Ignore the fact that he didn't have any posts) quickstriker- If I were town, I would have voted for you ever week based on your username alone. annul- Huh, who are you? I thought you were that annoying town leader. | ||
