For what it's worth, I still think you're the traitor, but the SK would be oh so nice.
Maybe I'm seeing things through rose-colored glasses here. Can anyone lay out an argument how zeks is not an anti-town player?

If there are only 3 mafia, Zeks could be Townie. The 3 mafia would hit zeks, while the 4th person is a doctor and protected him.
This is very important: Doctors, if you protected Zeks last night, can you claim?
This would be good news on 2 levels. 1) If there are only 3 mafia, that means a big advantage for us. 2) We get to make sure our DT is still alive

@Ace: Are players notified of the act of being protected (i.e. not names, just "You were riddled with bullets but miraculously wake up covered in bandages and stitches")?

This game also follows standard Medic/Doc rules.If they were hit then yes both the Doctor and the target are notified.
Otherwise no one is notified ie if a Doctor protects Player A and A doesn't get hit, no messages are sent out.

I can't imagine starting the game with 3 Mafia players. That's absurd -- they'd be at a huge disadvantage. Surely the game's gotta have at least 4 mafia players. Right?
The only thing I can conceive is that both inactive players were Mafia. One was substituted, the other was mod-killed, leaving 3 players. That seems highly, nay staggeringly improbable.

i think zeks is full of it then (he acted like he did not know whether he was saved and only derived it through means of elimination, ie im not sk, i got hit, im not a defensive role, therefore i mustve been saved .. whereas theres no need to go thru this process if u have a shiny yellow pm in ur box saying u were saved last night by a medic)

Zeks, you're in a bad position. There is one way to prove you're role cop and tell us Fishball's role...That would be the only way I see you living. Which even then...It's kind of slim. As I've said, Role Cop isn't exactly the most powerful role in the world, in my mind.
Anyway, I see some problems with everything, and you can't be town aligned.

The problem is if he is town aligned.

Fishball could be thinking of a strategy, and it is always bad for Mafia to know more blue roles than necessary.
