:p it helped before dying I was able to figure out 3 of the remaining roles out of 4 players, and then they all died in one night. Kudo's guys for following through with people I spotted. I may have messed up at first (hitting a med protected vet day 1 whoops) but overall I think we did good on our night hits.

Protact amazing job with subversion!

We're still not sure if d3_crescentia is the second Veteran, but both BloodyC0bbler and I read it on the first day. Wanting to see roles/actions list now.

My faults this game: A reflective analysis

1.Too impulsive, made Subversion "doubt me" Also got me in sticky situations

2.Too trusting, trusted everyone in secret alliance =D. Especially proct, who I just thought was confused. Also too persuadable, as I was easily persuaded by mafia again and again.

3.Mis-guessed so many people for little "one liner mistakes". which is not enough to prove that you are mafia. Huge mistake, especially with Hyperbola.

4. Trusted people who made long posts, viewed them as "pro town"

Re: Elemenope.

I highly doubt anybody read my posts. Everybody writes off long posts as immediately pro-town.

No comment indeed.
Claiming just let us know who we didn't want to hit, though Divinek was never high on the list.

If the town had gone back and reread the thread then we probably would have lost. Though really, I still think it would have been almost impossible to out me.

DarthThienAn bandwagon by Pyrrhuloxia and citi.zen bandwagon by BloodyC0bbler.
Mostly town just ran itself into the ground as we raged about the imbalanced setup and the random rule changes. Nights were amazing.

Heh, thankfully I had BloodyC0bbler and Pyrrhuloxia on my team. Ver style doesn't quite cut it when you're short on time and not a noticeable figure in thread.

Major props guys. SouthRawrea, where are you?

lol D3 this is going to haunt you. Guess I better start updating my Winning as Scum guide. Also listen to what flamewheel said about going back to read posts:

Majority Lynch voting rules: If your Scum team has very persuasive players or the Town has impulsive voters this will favor you a lot. It makes the game move faster than a deadline enforced lynch and faster games favor you. The less time the town has to decide on important issues and talk the better for your team. You can force mistakes faster and if the Town isn't good at going back to piece together posts the blame for the lynch might miss you. Even better if a townie "caused the lynch" (more on this later) you get to point it out and have some fun.

Also major props to BC on that situation with citizen. Town or scum it was definitely a pro town move to bust citizen out for lying about a role claim for multiple reasons, the most important being that no one could ever confirm him without confirming who ever he was allegedly fronting for. By the time that all got cleared up town was screwed unless somebody really sat down and thought about how the hell could rastaban be town with his fake roleclaim too ^_^.

Much obliged. As i told everyone in thread I would do it regardless of role. Thankfully infundi, chaoser and tree.hugger also saw issues and helped me win the day.

No credit for me? I withstood being blackmailed by youngmini and voted for citizen.

Albeit maybe I should've given it -.-

Honestly youngminii was under suspicion by you and subversion for being the gf. Following your own guts was prob the smart move there. It was actually beneficial to town to off citizen there as it gave more information, confirmed he had been lying, etc...

It's a ridiculous suspicion as well. If you look at it logically, you have a slim shot at hitting the Godfather; the majority of the time if you find a townsperson you want to start your circle then and there. Keeping Subversion away from Amber[LighT] and youngminii long enough to get enough blame on Pandain allowed me to escape with almost no blame.

I read them!

And they were really good. You were red at the end though T_T

But you played a very good game. I sincerely hope you keep playing, man! (also play in my game which will be coming soon hehehe :D)

I'll try, but life is about to start getting busy again. I'll be around once in a while though, I hope.

POST GAME THOUGHTS:

I've already discussed my play, now I want to bring up the play of the town. Overall, town played terribly this game. There was not any one person who was super super bad and ruined it for us, it was our game to lose and we blew it. Here 4 points Pandain mentioned where town got screwed:

Four major events that saved mafia:
1.Inflitration of DT Subversion
2.The Xelin Attack
3.Sexy blue sniping
4.Medic protecting BC(hehe)

Some of these were unfortunate coincidences. Some of these were us utterly failing.

1) Infiltration of DT circle.

It had been posted many many times that Pandain and Protact were in contact with subversion, after sub's death. When Pandain flipped miller, town should have immediately moved to lynch Protactinium. This is not based on anything that happened in the thread, this is based off of common sense. When a DT circle is infiltrated and the DT dies, you start lynching members of the circle until you catch the scum. We were basically handed Protactinium on a silver platter and nobody said anything other than "oh, we should think about this." D'oh ><

To be honest, you didn't know just exactly who all was in this 'circle'. Theoretically I could have fabricated letting somebody else know that Subversion was Detective. Even if that person was not Mafia, they could have let it slip to somebody else. The trail goes dead, and lynching members of a circle wastes time since it is highly unlikely that there will be multiple Mafia in one "circle", meaning you waste time and effort lynching townspeople.
And so, we find the Sublime.

True, I was going off the information we knew in the thread from Pandain - it was him, Sub, and you. I would have pushed for your lynch if I'd been thinking, just because it would have gotten you defending yourself/creating content/possibly slipping up somewhere.

And usually, in a closed circle, it's easy-ish to find the leak.

To be honest, I would have not been mentioned for the longest time had Subversion not posted after death about it.

Regardless, defending is the easiest thing to do. Townspeople know nothing, and therefore they are expected to come up with nothing.
