If BM is mafia - keeping him alive will probably hurt the mafia a lot in the long run, so there's the benefit there. If BM is town - it's a waste of a lynch to get rid of him, as otherwise we could have gained more information somewhere else. The day 1 lynch needs to be a natural vote, not based on factors external to this particular game, so that these votes later can be scrutinized for possible mafia activity. | ||

In a game without clues the only thing we have to go on is peoples posts so it's important. As the first kill is a crapshoot mostly I'm currently going to be voting for Ace to be lynched, he annoyed the **** out of me last game. | ||

I'm assuming 2 Detective, 2 Medics, 1 vig, 1 mad hatter, 1 vet, 2 millers. Does that seem about right? So 24 Town, 5 mafia, and an ambiguous role? | ||

3. We know that one critical mafia strategy is spamming the thread when someone accuses the mafia or posts some critical information. We also know that mafia like to post trash posts everywhere to appear active. Townies are disgusted when they have to wade through a bunch of trash to look for information. This also contributes to mass inactivity. When looking for mafia, one good place to start is by looking through their posts. This is a headache for the town when there are hundreds of posts that are scattered all over the place. However, we know that the one person who has the easiest access to your posts is...YOU. So when you're done reading this post, you are going to help the town organize its information. So from all the above facts, it is logical that we should create a centralized database for everyone's post organized by name. So what I'm going to do is that I'm going to make another thread in the mafia forum titled The Red Army Archives. In that thread, you will copy all of your posts from this thread and compile them into one post. What will this thread do? It will force you to help us expose you if you are indeed mafia and are making trash posts. It will help us look through your posts if we think you are fishy. It will give all the players the ability to quickly find information from trusted players without the clutter of spam. In essence, it helps us organize information by person and helps us separate the spam from the good information. If there are any objections to this plan, please voice them here in the thread. If not, you have no excuse not to comply. If you wish to ignore this, by all means, you're free to join the top of my suspect list. Pasted for reference for those who didn't watch last game. With a dt as mayor, we can amass a large group of confirmed townies and use that to win. Ignore anything ace says about lynching all claimers, this move is too powerful to ignore. | ||

Already we've advocated lynching somebody who's not in the game, horribly miscounted the number of blue roles, and then Vivi57 waltzes in with that amazing analysis. Does anyone want to be mayor of this town? | ||

each game is different, and while someone may just really be a dumbass, i really don't see the point of deciding who to lynch before we've even had elections based on their actions in another game. let's lynch people playing stupidly and scummy in THIS game. | ||
