This isn't soloq cs difference in these games comes down to how the teams play the laneswaps. At least in top and bot.

Not going to bother breaking things down. But Viktor is empirically and theoretically strong against Azir. http://www.gamesoflegends.com/champion/stats.php?id=104&season=S5 I don't think I should have to like Viktors bad performance in NA specifically. How can a pick be strong vs another if he is a mid game focused vs a lategame focused when they both just split farm? That makes no sense. Is he good at following up hard engage with your team in teamfights?Yes.Is he good individually in a 1v1?no.

The Elise is bad. Even if they win this game they would have won by more with basically anything meta the way IWD is playing it.

Viktor wins more against Azir than vice versa in both competitive and soloq, so you'd better have some actual depth to what you're saying than generic power curve horseshit.

Dunno man all I see is azir who is widely considered THE lategame champ outfarming his opponent who is a counterpick. He is also running a summoner that is useless in 1v1.

Viktor is not much worse than Azir late game and way better mid game.

Well, he loses more vs Azir, so, yeah, gonna need something more thorough than 'lategame, yo.'

Because Viktor hard clears the wave and pushes minions past azirs sand soldiers forcing him to use more mana and/or staying in lane. This gives Viktor a roaming advantage in lane. Outside of lane Azir and Viktor do a similar thing except that Viktor does more immediate damage and then his team can kite out of azirs soldiers and if Azir comes in he comes into zone control and a massive nuke. It makes it very hard for Azir to make plays and ensures that if he doesn't Viktor has a slight advantage in the fight. Azir can definitely win the matchup but Viktor being strong against him is one of the primary reasons Viktor is picked in all regions. Edit: I mean one of the items that Azir really wants to be able to make plays on Viktor is zhonya(so he can come in, zhonya the ult/e/w combo). But that was just nerfed and is an armor item so has a hard build up against Viktor.
