anyways pretty one sided game. I just hope SK gets atleast one win without sven so when he actually returns he still can play for something..

I kinda dislike Riot's completely arbitrary, reactionary and heavy-handed punishments, with no recourse available for those on the receiving end, especially when the fans are the ones who are made to suffer (at least neutral fans who were hoping for competitive games and a competitive group). But the case of the matter was that he had been warned to not do something that stupid and put through a cultural sensitivity briefing too. There's no excuses at that point.

Completely, and emphatically, disagree. "I wouldn't have done this if I had realized I was going to get punished for it." I'm not sure that has ever come up as a good justification for anything...ever? And sure, Riot, hasn't been policing every single instance of each player's personal lives. However, this particular incident wasn't private. It upset certain people enough that it hit local news outlets - third parties brought it to Riot. If they throw up their hands and say "no problem man, all in good fun" they start down a terribly terrible slippery slope. Who gives a shit if the fans have to endure a small subset of slightly-worse-than-they-would-have-been games - there are more important things in this world. And I'm not trying to be hyperbolic in the slightest. If you're at all familiar with what has been happening the past few weeks regarding the NFL and their players (and said players actions/punishments/public opinion), you would see what is much farther down that said slope...and down there, people very much get hurt in a very real way.

Remember there's a chinese stream, and a korean stream too. The coaches from those teams were probably being interviewed by their respective nationalities streams, in their native language. The english stream doesn't just get to monopolise every single interviewee, especially if there's another group willing to interview them in their native language, watched by that teams main native fanbase :p
