Soaz did fine in the laning phase. I dunno what you guys are expecting but against an experienced Irelia 20-30 cs up is about as well as you can do in a pro game. His mid to later game moves were what was suspect. The main problem for me is Peke's struggles in the mid lane. Mid is too important in LoL and it affect the whole map negatively when he fails.

Well he already was 10 cs up on lvl 1. He really didnt gain much more than 10 cs subsequently. If that is the standard, Irelia is a perfeclty fine pick vs Renekton, as she is stronger later on.

Jax pick or not, Soaz is just bitching about meta, but there are perfectly good examples of players doing well without it. It just requires niche implementation, smart pick, and team comp forging around the champ. Also, Yasuo not banned or pick. :O

Nocturne should be able to farm pretty hard, gunna have to build a lot of damage to supplement his team's lack of damage.

I didn't say that. I said he needs the same mentality as Zion. That means you gotta have the mentality of having to carry the shit out of your team. Doing "good" in lane meaning you're absolved of blame, is not the right mentality. The mentality has to be "I gotta fucking carry this shit".
