this is how you build top-lane vayne, the idea is you go for strong 2 item timing, and then you can itemize 3rd defensive item, then LW for 4th, and another defensive item.

To be fair the main reason people were shitting on neo-SK was because jesiz was really bad until recently, he had a pathetic champion pool (Ban orianna/nidalee and he goes cry in a corner until ziggs became overpowered), lost nearly every lane and was virtually useless (I still remember him being straight dumpstered 1v1 in riven vs kassadin, it made no sense)
Hell in the promos moopz took a dump on him every time even when he got orianna, he was fortunate that haydal SHC kept giving freddy start of S4 mundo.
