The guy has a great voice but I was instantly annoyed with the laboured way he was pronouncing the Korean names. Kind of burst the hype-bubble a bit for me when everyone else was going nuts over the intros.

When OGN were offering an English radio service through their English Facebook page, they would also reserve a seat for you. I don't think the service is offered anymore, or at least maybe not for Masters, but it might be worth trying to get in touch with them via Facebook anyway. Generally tickets are given out on a first-come first-served basis, but with LoL being so crazy popular, that can mean waits of 3+ hours outside the doors just to get a seat; you might be able to persuade them to reserve a seat for your friend if he's just visiting Korea.
