Mainly the biggest point was that players can't own "stores" where they would sell merchandise related to themselfs (shirts, ect..). But that the rest of people involved in esports can, and some people, like coachs and commentator make immense amounts of money from those. i think the reason why players are not allowed is because u don't have time to practice if u waste most of ur time on business. actually, the teams or organizations cannot benefit much from running stores; however, commentators in China profit a lot from the stores.(30-40 times to the player according to Tabe)

Leaguepedia often has screwed up countdowns. It sucks but it's just west coast prime time if I understood it right. Any European fan of US basketball or whatever will have the same problem I guess. At least it's quite a decent time for Asia (saturday noon). Ah well, I'm going to get up early instead of staying up late.

Sky is definitely on the other side of the coin, making most of his income from his book and online stores Functionally, think of the caster/progamer stores as just online ebay storefronts that appeal to gamers. They generally focus on 3 things: 1. Gaming Gear (keyboards mice headphones etc), 2. Gaming Apparel, and 3. Snacks Generally the ex-progamers and casters are quite intelligent and business-savvy and are able to achieve success using their exposure in esports. Think of it as the equivalent of something like Tastetosis's Handsome Nerd stuff on a larger scale and more aggressively priced/advertised.

Or rather, cutthroat might not be a bit aggressive of a word, but certainly competitive.

Also I just noticed that csheep is close to 10k posts. inb4 he wastes it saying his usual "na blows eu blows, china is great learn to rice."

Does anyone know how I can catch the games, after they're played, without getting spoiled to the results? www.reddit.com/r/loleventvods is what I always use for spoiler free vods. ACE is really bizarre, they're terrified at disparities of skill occurring (They banned tongfu/iG/DK/LGD aka the big 4 of China pre TI3 from playing in most tournaments thinking they'd just ez pz all over it and dis encourage people smaller than them). It seems like they have good intentions but idk if they're doing it right.
