In the groups he seemed much much better, although his team helped with that alot(And the competition was mostly not nearly as good). Even so, he made just so so many misplays... For example, you got to know that Vlad has a Zhonyas before you dive him, that's a good play only if you weren't expecting the Zhonyas ... But you can see inventories and it is to be expected. As for Fnatic vs Royal, I would say that if they give xPeke Kassadin Fnatic wins and if they don't, Royal wins. Whitezz plays Kassadin too, and was his first signature champ. There is definitely the chance that they could bait the Kassadin pick with knowledge that they know how to play against it. I think Fnatic could pull away with the W. Royal is unstable and arguably OMG lost the series more than Royal won it. Very excited to see this match live.

Yeah, Royal started winning everything is what happened, lol. Basically if you weren't watching Royal after about week 5 of Summer LPL, it's like you were watching a completely different team.

It all depends on how the games actually run. I see nothing about either team that suggests that one will stomp the other. If Fnatic can deal with the early game (which I'm confident they can) then it'll make a very interesting series. I'm very excited for this game, much more than I am for SKT vs Najin. There's a chance that the style clash (more fighty vs more safety) could mean one rolls the other, but based on EU vs CN games in the past, I'm excited. The finals have lots of tantalising prospects for matchups too. Uzi vs Piglet, Poohmandu vs Yellowstar and Faker vs Peke are all pretty cool to think about. I'm sure there would be some good ones with Najin too. I personally think that Royal will beat Fnatic but yeah I don't expect it to be a stomp. Fnatic is capable of winning but if Royal plays at their peak they should 3-0 or 3-1 imo (albeit most of the games will be close). SKT and Najin favors SKT more than Royal vs Fnatic favors Royal but I don't think those games will be stomps either unless Faker dumpsters Nagne and snowballs from there. Rest of the lanes and jungle match up are close to even.

He played ahri, and then with ahri, zed, kass and fizz banned, he went to nidalee of all champions. In NLB(was he playing then?) Zed, Karthus, TF, ori. with ahri/zed permabanned, and probably 2-3 more midlane targeted bans, nagne will run out of comfort champs before faker does, so we'll get to see how much practice he's gotten on those picks.

Thinking 3-2, bet on SKT if you have to make a choice but wouldn't be surprised if it went 3-2 for Najin as well.
