I agree that it was a bad move (human and his weird movement), lets just hope it was just stupid screwup not some rigging.

NO, i would not. i would complain that they didn't use seeding which should have happened from the start. Blatant bias introduction is unacceptable from a scientific point of view. I would equally complain about a paper written on subatomic particle behavior based solely off observing them as individuals.

I'd say <10% chance it was actually rigging and 90% chance redbeard was just having fun. some minute chance it was unintentional movement. It did prevent Korea vs Korea on one side of the bracket and china vs china on the other, but eh. Was still a bad ceremony. aaaand accidental double post. ![]()

I would have been more worried for Sword if they had drawn Fnatic, with one of the best mid lanes and a steady top lane going up against Black Sword's inexperience, but Gambit were shaky in the group stages. If Nagne can play decently in lane and not go full Dade, I like Sword's chances with how well everyone says they're playing in scrims.

Riot already fucked the competitive integrity of the tournament for the sake of viewership anyway when they chose to give CN and KR less seeds. No harm in doing it some more.

Random chick puts the cards in envelopes and closes them. Cards go to Magus. Magus gives cards to Sjokz. Sjokz gives cards to Red Beard. The ONLY way Red Beard could know what order the cards are in is if he watched them get put in the envelopes and then followed the carriers on the way to the stage to track any possible shuffling. Is there any proof of that anywhere? No. Now get off the medium in the middle of Times Square, and put your underwear inside your pants.

I'm talking about redbeards movement of the cards influencing which card is picked. Not that he's doing it to force a certain card to be picked.
