I find it funny how the casters keep perpetuating the vileroze shot caller thing. He was vocal about things, but Nk has always been the real shot caller. Vile hyped people up more than do any real strategic work.

also what's with this thread today? This is like the EU LCS thread in how slow it is.

im surprised that ecco says that he misses MRN as he has said not-so-positive things about the team several times on his stream, but maybe he had some time to look back at things with a clearer mind now that more time has passed. In any case, hes def one of my favorite LCS player and Im happy to see him do well

Cause Velocity is probably going to relegation and if they don't win that he may have to go team hunting again. Best not to burn bridges.

It's the last game + it's VES playing. They aren't really the best team for hype building.

I know they won the game vs. Curse, but by god are Dyrus's picks so easy to predict. I saw Karthus/Sona/Graves, and was like "looks like a Rumble".

all NA tops are essentially just a rotation of Shen, Rumble, Kennen...

Honestly, why wouldn't you pick rumble in that line up? Dyrus plays a pretty good rumble, and it fits very well with the comp. Not to mention that rumble is a really great solo laner.

He also had a couple of great ults that totally zoned out Curse's back line when their front line went too ham. But I mean last week he got a double kill 1v3 as Rumble so that's P good right?

I think that was just a terribad dive. But, my experience is that "having a couple great ults" is par for the course in a rumble game. Like, lvl 10 summoners hit at least 1 disgusting Rumble ult a game. TSM just got lucky that Saint dives too hard and Cop is not nearly as good as some people on this forum like to pretend.

So C9 is guaranteed 2nd place now, even if they lose all the games left now. Grats to them, but it also means they dont have to play serious anymore. They can try out stuff now and practise for play-offs. I hope this does not screw up the competition.

A similar problem exists with VES, who already announced in the interview that they will start to try out stuff and do more fun stuff once they cant do it anymore according to the math.

Riot really needs to pay prizes for single league wins, so that teams get motivated to try hard even if they cant improve their standings anymore.

Meteos said in the interview that he would like to try out new stuff but that his team is too try-hard for that. So, I guess they will still play their regular style with maybe some new stuff here and there.

C9 can still ruin the days of the teams they are facing. Something for ves, if they do well in the last week it can change the standings heavily.
