One thing to observe about C9 is that their team comps are all very initiate heavy compared to many other teams who happily sacrifice initiation power in order to get something else. When you consider the past few C9 team comps, realistically at least 3 and often all 4+ champions have the power to hard initiate or have slows strong enough you can slow train into initiations. | ||
