Top tower doesn't make much of an impact on map control. It doesn't protect any valuable objectives early and losing it allows you to freeze the lane comfortably: Dragon's dead (you took it), the lane is pushed and you're able to offer additional protection for the buff once it spawns. | ||

There was no way for LG to grab that first dragon. 4 of them weren't even in position when they did engage; they did the right move grabbing the top turret; and then went 2v2 in the 4v5 engage. It was an even gold trade; out of a situation where they were in a bad spot. | ||
