so what if they were playing on laptops? na teams will continue to suck because streaming soloq is more profitable. laptops dont prevent 5v5 practice or force you to stream smite.

Looking rather bleek for NA then, hell even EU, with CLG-EU rather inconsistant and nothing close coming near it on offline tournaments. Only M5 can seem to keep up with asia. (but it's kinda cheating calling them EU)

Why did TSM play a comp they are not used to. TSM shouldn't be playing comps that they cannot pull off, especially putting TOO on a jungle assassin, he is the best support jungler in the game he shouldn't be playing that type of jungler.

Lol, you are still delusional. Its not TSM play with a comp that they are not used to, They simply cant beat Koreans with no matter what comp they use. TSM is just miles behind Asian teams, thats it.
Pls, Oddone is good in NA only, hes no that good if you compare then to Asian teams junglers.

So say uncontested.

Heat of the moment semantics, people are so ready to jump down casters throats...

That's not the problem. It's a consistent mistake the casters make every single LoL tournament out there. It's really getting to me that PROFESSIONALS as they should be, don't work on their own casting more. I would if it was something I did, and got paid for.

Most of these little mistakes are in the heat of a team fight when it's incredibly easy to miss tiny details or misname a champ or ability. For the most part they do a good job of telling everyone what is going on. Football commentators make mistakes sometimes. They are professionals because despite some mistake, they are good at what they do. If there were people who were better that could replace them, they would.

So you don't think they should watch their own commentating, learn from them and try to correct mistakes. What?

You don't know they aren't trying...just this last week Phreak has been streaming himself practicing on spectator games and looking up team history so he had stuff to talk about in the down time. Just because they make mistake in a team fight like miscalling an ability or use the word "free" instead of "uncontested" doesn't mean they aren't practicing. I don't want them to not get better, but I hate how people are so quick to yell at their mistakes when just to get to the level the are to takes a lot more skill than people are willing to give credit for.

I think CLGeu can keep up with Asia. Citing this tournament as evidence that they can't seems silly considering they haven't been practicing and have a sub. They beat WE at finals and took a game off Frost. A lot better than the NA teams did. M5 had a nearly identical showing to CLGeu at worlds beating iG and taking one game off TPA.

CLG-EU are inconsistant? In what way?

Barely making it to the World championships and i mean barely against teams they should have been way above.
And this MLG losing to Dignitas, and i know you will tell me they did not practice and all that, it still shows in the results.
Making it look inconsistant. At there best they can keep up with Asia but at there worst they lose to minor EU/NA teams.
