Seems right. I agree except I think Sword will beat CLG, and Curse will take one game off of TSM.

Tier 'out of practice': CLG EU, TSM
Tier 'out of form': Dignitas, Curse
Tier 'roster overhaul': CLG NA, TD

Oo you really think CLG.NA is in the position to even take a game off a korean team?

Seems right. Oo you really think CLG.NA is in the position to even take a game off a korean team? TD 0-2 Blaze Sword 2-0 CLG.NA Curse 1-2 TSM Dig 0-2 CLG.EU Off Najin Sword specifically. IDK but looking at their recent games they seem to have very definite issues.
1) When Maknoon isn't fed Sword seems to have no idea what to do since they have 0 initiator; their jungle tries but it feels they aren't on the same page and he is definitely not of the same caliber. 2) Ssong feels a lot like what people describe as passive mid-farmer. He doesn't pressure the map that much and his teamfighting is lacklustre. Of course this is against other korean mid-laners so I'm not sure how he matches up against Jiji. 3) Their bot lane is decent but I don't think they can matchup to Doubledoco.
I'm pretty sure CLG.na could come up with some counter-measure against this.

Watching their games against Azubu Blaze and Frost recently seem to reinforce this idea imo

my predictions :
1. Naijin Sword 2. Azubu Blaze 3. CLG EU 4. TSM

Does anyone here think Curse has the potential to win it?

Not even a slim one. Both korean teams, CLG.EU and TSM are stronger and they will struggle vs TD, CLG.US and Dig.
I like saint a lot but there team just isnt strong enough atm.

Maknoon isn't going to "not get fed".
Most of what you stated are issues against higher-caliber teams, but look at how they did at Worlds. They lost to TPA (but so did everyone else), but they beat CLG.Eu and Dignitas. I wouldn't put CLG.NA's current form ahead of CLG.Eu/Dignitas' form at Worlds.

They lost to WE's B-team that wins against literally nobody among other Asian teams lol.

Damn
I think the only reason I really like Curse is because Saintvicious and Elementz are on it. I want the two former CLG members to do really well

Curse is quite terrible as a team.
They have a lot of work to do if they ever want to get competitive.

What makes curse a bad team? Do they lack individual talent, or is it something else?

Supposedly LemonNation, oRb's support.
