trust me, you do not want to see that game, one of the most boring matches i have seen. clg is behind, turtles for 40 mins and then WE jungler gets caught 2 times and CLG wins.

There aren't any talks about the screen looking incidents in the korean community. Although there are a bit of posts about disappointment regarding the delay and they are really disappointed about that. Most of them are saying something along the lines of 'this wouldn't happen in korea'.

I have a knife if you want, will be faster and less painful.

I don't agree that Frost should be dqed as pretty much any team could have looked quickly across, and it's just a retarded rule to have that the only way players can not cheat is constantly looking forward.
It's Riot who should be blamed imo for the poor setup (why no booths etc instead of the ridiculous rotating stages).
Also watching g2,3,4,5 of clg vs we is a complete waste of time.

Although I must admit it's kinda cheating, imo it's extremely hard to noy look at it. I mean, the game is paused for and extended amount of time, you are not gonna stare your screen forever, look around, at the audience, at your partners, and maybe the main screen. I would very probably a few miliseconds then look away because I knew it was unauthorised, but it can be enough to have intel about the game.
There's a detail also that makes this a bit complicated. Azubu was on the right row right ? With the wall behind them, I do think they probably couldn't see the bottom of the main screen, thus not the minimap. But this has to be confirmed. If you watch the edited Reginald interview where he talk about that, they said that they watched Azubu Frost's game and found a flaws at the beginning : the support always ward the top bush.So they decided to just kill the support and get easy first blood. It's quite a good part of their strategy, I don't think it's something that cost them the game but still.
I still really wanna see the edited out portion of that interview. I really do.

well, they could, but then AF could use Riots statement to fight it. I dont think Riot wants this in a court.
i also think everyone did it, but thats not a valid defence for cheating.
I'm not sure how AF could take Riot to court if Riot decided that the refs screwed up in light of any other strong evidence they had for cheating. I'm sure the teams signed something to show up but in the end it is Riot's tournament.

Also Dyrus peeks at the minimap and you guys you guys don't talk about it. WE peeks at the minimap and there's barely any talks of it.
You guys must be really butthurt by the Korean dominance in SC2 at the time. If someone really wanted to invest the time to catch any other teams cheating then I am sure they would find it. When Reginald said they looked over at AZUBU frost, they could also see AZUBU frost's minimap... So it's not like they didn't peek too. I mean it's really the fault of their being no booths I think.

The thing is the minimap is supposet to be off during a pause... so more fuck ups by riot. If you see the same screenshot, Regi is actually talking to an admin two seats down from Dyrus - so unless Dyrus is really stupid he wasn't trying to sneak a glance. The sentiment seems to be that Regi was explaining to the admin that the minimap/screen was still on during the pause and Dyrus overheard and looked at it.

So either they are right and nobody did it, or they lie to us because everyone did it and they don't want to disqualify every team.
Edit: Thinking back about this screen : http://i.imgur.com/hntqU.jpg On it, you can see on the minimap that Jayce was already top with Blitz when the ping went down. This means that Madlife wanted to ward the bush like (according to TSM) they usually do, and Shy went to help him to avoid any risk by checking with Q.
I must say that I find all this stuff very annoying because it's an NA team complaining again. We've got Hotshitgg QQing, IWillDominate QQing, and now TSM. You lost NA, stop it and go do some training for season 3 dammit.
Edit2: At the time of that pause, Riot was truing to make sure that Azubu wouldn't be blinded by the sun. Tell me how do you watch that minimap when you have a bright sun in your eyes.

Yeah it's just a big mess, surely someone said during or just after the stage was all set up "hmm those screens are easily viewed from the players seats" I blame the ginger bloke VP of Esports or whatever his ridiculous title is.
|
if riot DQs frost, the koreans will probably find 10 more people doing the same thing and then all the teams have to be DQed, so Riot clearly cant do that. No idea why they would make up fake referees that only exist in marcous head.
I think Riot needs to care less for prestige and more for integrity. -rotating stage vs booths -fancy outdoor vs safe indoor etc

Regardless of Riot's attitude towards cheating in this instance, they still royally fucked up by letting this kind of ambiguity exist in the first place.
How hard is it to just have 1 side open on those player desks? That's 4 walls to be made, and it could be just triplex or multiplex or anything simple, as the players have used just headsets for soundproofing anyway. Keep the front side open for contact with the audience. Easy as that. It would probably lessen the effect of sun glare as well. That's maybe ~200 bucks in material costs and you can set it up in less than an hour with adequate tools.

So, Frost's support always ward the top bush... and it is suspicious because they actually check if enemy team is there? Who would've thought of that?

Fine, WE was ahead on the first match that DC'ed. But CLG had everything going for them in the other matches that DC'ed.
This event reeks of failure on riot's side. I hope they learned from valve and i2 I firmly believe that CLG could not have won the first game that got DCed.
As we saw from the next few games CLG really only has one strategy and that is to take it waaay into the lategame where they are better at decision making and positioning in teamfights, then win one big teamfight or slow-push into next week.
They wouldn't have been able to do this the first game that got DCed because they had short term memory loss or something and didn't think banning Blitz was a good idea. There is no way they could have turtled into the late game the way WE was landing those hooks. And lo and behold after the remake the only difference in bans was CLG banning out Blitz.
I understand that what happened with the remakes had to happen, and you can't blame either team for it, but if we are talking about who would have won without any DC's then it would be WE 2-0 100%.
Either way, Riot does need to make sure this doesn't happen again. As great as things like the French stream later in the day was, it does not look favorably upon Riot.

Hmm According to gosugamers M5 vs TPA will be in about 7 hours+. Hopefully it the correct schedule. http://gosugamers.net/lol/gosubet/130850 Edit:It probably invalid since Riot had not release anything on the schedule.
