There's a link to a youtube channel with the LoL matches played on the schedule.

I just watched http://www.own3d.tv/WCG#/watch/327548 and i believe the Irelia made a slight blunder starting cloth 5 pot when the enemy solo's were Rumble and Anivia. Starting with an MR cloth and pots would have been a better decision imho because you must believe you're going to be laning vs ap. As it was that cloth armour sat in her inventory the whole game, was never upgraded into anything and didn't really help her in lane.

Is it true that none of the Round 8 games are going to streamed?
|
There's a whole block dedicated to the quarterfinals...
|
A "whole" one hour block to show one of the possible four matches. Most likely to be Korea vs Poland which even though Korea is good and everything I want to watch the US or Canada matches though.
Finals Bracket - Single Elimination (BO3)
ROUND OF 8 (1) - [France vs Singapore] (2) - [CDE vs Dignitas] (3) - [China vs Canada] (4) - [Korea vs Poland]

CDE Dignitas grudgematch
|
any news if and when it will be streamed?
|
Check the first post for the schedule. Only one is for sure to be broadcasted. Hopefully they'll have a secondary stream if nothing important is going on with SC2
|
well that was the reason i asked, cause according to schedule broadcast should start about 3-4 hours ago
|
Check you've enabled a timezone, since they're showing as hours and hours away for me

Kinda sad that the semifinals are in the quarters.

So from the 8-12 matches being played, we'll be able to see.. about one and a half?...
|
It's a 2 1/2h block. That's definitely not all games but hopefully 2.
|
Likely to be wasted on Korea vs no names instead of the 2 best series of the tournament.

Man, I'm sick of people having such narrow views when it comes to tournaments like this. It always seemed to be the case that ppl were saying "CLG / TSM takes this", the Fnatic surprised those ppl, then Dignitas started getting great results, etc etc. The point is 'upsets' in the LoL scene are pretty frequent, hell, Goose qualified for IEM Kiev, and it didn't seem like a fluke either.
So yeah, my point is that saying stuff like "the semi's are in the quarters" get's on my nerves. All of those teams are strong, maybe you can write off a couple, but narrowing it down to 4 clearly above the rest seems ridiculous to me. But hey, it's not like everybody does it, and since I live in the States now, I should probably learn to live with that way of thinking

As for this tourney, it can HARDLY be argued that based on past results, CDE, Dig, IG, and CLGCA are the 4 best teams in the tournament. Korea looked like shit, and while you can forgive them because they probably weren't trying very hard vs the no names, you would have preferred to see something from them in order to actually put them on the same level as the other 4.

my bad, obviously, took am for pm. well, still will catch some of the show in my night job

See it's just stuff like that. "Goose was a fluke because EG forfeited". Ok, so because EG forfeited, v8 got through first round for free, lost to dig, beat CLG then lost to goose. And cause EG forfeited Goose lost to dig, then BEAT EG (Although I think EG had a sub for Salce or something, which admittedly is an issue, but isn't monumental), then beat CRS, then beat V8.
So yeah, what the??
If it wasn't EG forfeiting, then I get the feeling you'd be saying CLG threw it for some reason or another. I think these teams deserve more respect than they're being given.

This very much. +1. And I'm not living in states so don't have to switch to that kind of thinking. :-P

Yeah... because team France is runner up for season1 championship. True.. so bad past result that no1 remembers it. :-P
And some people have to understand that CDE and CLGCA have no past results.. This is few players from TSM and CLG mixed together. It doesn't mean they play on same lvl as TSM and CLG. They are not used to playing 5s in this line-ups as much. You could have written that team Spain has FnaticMSI past results because they have xPeke.
PS. My predictions for tomorrow would be: Jerome_NEGGRET - Flash.lol CDE - Dignitas iG - Counter-Logic EDG - Gameburg
I'd love Poland to win over Koreans.. but don't really believe in it.
