EDIT: think about it, what stops leblanc from w q'ing someone, then w'ing back. there's no way you can catch her since w is low cd with blue and if she needs she can double jump. my point is basically, leblanc cannot get caught, leblanc ult is roughly 15 seconds CD at max rank, it's better to just get the qss since it's half the gold, and is better in so many ways, since it can't be poked down. Cleansing the silence so you can E+flash out will help you more in 1v1 situations as well. Otherwise Leblanc will w, q ,r , e perma silence you and probably 1 shot you even if your banshees blocks the jump.

if you waste cooldowns on rammus while their team is within flash range, then you lose the teamfight. As showcased by MY in that game, losing 5 for 1 (i think) because rammus jumped onto LB despite them being 15k gold ahead

If you gib rammus without using every single cd then you're gonna win the teamfight. Don't know if rammus was fed or not though. If it's a 4v5 and you can keep your carry alive you should win 90% of the time.

No, because the AD carry should never be in range of LeBlanc's W+Q combo and the rammus should be in front to taunt her if she does come forward.
QSS is completely useless against a LeBlanc because her combo will instantly kill you if she gets it off, even if you cleanse the silence and flash away. Veil is much more useful as,IF she does get close enough to target you, you block her Q AND silence (she would have to get her E after ult for extra damage and the silence, which is extremely hard in a messy teamfight situation).

The person referring to QSS vs BV was on LB (not against). Rammus taunt was messing her up big time even with BV. QSS would have been 100 times better in LB situation.
