It gets annoying how the commentators complain all the time about the production decisions on shots. They sure would rather not be in WCG aparently.

Saints ability to know what to do in situations and consistently give his team advantages by doing so is what makes his team win. He's undeniably the best decision maker in NA. Plus saibt doesn't miss smites....twice in a row....losing his team the game that would have been a win. Why does everyone think that saint making the calls for CDE? for sure its Regi making most of the calls, thats what Chauster said

They had a good method with people giving saint info (mostly Regi) that let him make decisions but Saint had the final say in everything. I don't know if they changed this but I do know one of the reasons that CLG constantly preforms well is Saint's call making (whenever he is making the calls and not Hotshot or JiJi).

Cause he might have said that when they first formed CDE like five months ago but saint has been making their calls ever since WCG Qualifiers. You can even watch some of the qualifier games on SoloMid to see for yourself.

Also I'd love to see more of CDE in the future even though I doubt we ever will. To me it seems like CDE has more raw talent than TSM (mostly due to rainman) and better teamwork than CLG (which could be fixed if they didn't argue and tilt the shit out of each other) Oh, and I loved your interview Loco. Very insightful. Thought the tournament on the whole was kind of a disorganized clusterfuck but the actual games were fun.

To be honest, their self-destruction against Poland notwithstanding, I think Canada is the stronger of the two hybrid teams. Watching them in tournamentception was just amazing with what they did against Dignitas. I really liked what I saw out of Canada (especially with how they did against iG). They should kick themselves because I think they had a REALLY good chance against CDE if they wouldn't have self-destructed.

Chauster's been really the only one (definitely in NA) that was able to play Ashe. Ashe arrow really showcased Chauster's cerebral/judgement strength. There are just some players whose greatness isn't well summarized by the obvious statistics, and I think Chauster is definitely one of them.

He said they dont have a specific caller, but regi did made most of the calls in wcg, before the final, maybe it depends on the situation

For those interested, the story behind the random black dude at WCG. An excerpt: To practice for the international tournament, Nqani said Samsung sent him a free mobile phone, the Galaxy S II. They had to send a solar charger, too, so Nqani wouldn’t have to walk to another village when its battery died. When the phone arrived, Nqani and his family were overjoyed. “They were all trying to grab the phone from me when we played,” he said, a broad smile coming across his face. Last week, a film crew took him on a tour of Busan, the coastal metropolis where the World Cyber Games were held. He went ice skating for the first time. Rode a high-speed bus. Went to a spa. And even a disco, where they music was far too loud for his taste (“Oh! My ears! Boom, boom, boom!” he said.) His main takeaway from being plucked from a village of nomadic hunters and dropped in South Korea - arguably the world’s most technologically advanced country - is that Africa needs more technology. That’s because it could help people advance and find new jobs, he said. But also because it’s fun. “Everybody should have a chance to play,” he said of video games.
