I don't know what TSM's problem is. I don't think Regi is their weakest player either.

Not quite. Fnatic, CLG win -> Fnatic (3-0), CLG (2-1) go through. Fnatic, TSM win -> Fnatic (3-0) through, Dignitas/CLG/TSM tiebreak (1-2) for 1 spot. Dignitas, CLG win -> Fnatic, Dignitas, CLG tiebreak (2-1) for 2 spots. Dignitas, TSM win -> Fnatic, Dignitas through (2-1).

Honestly, if they just went Yorick top, Cait mid, Brand/Ali bot from the get-go, game would've been so much different.

TSM's early swap partly worked and partly didn't but I don't think it hurt them too much even though you could easily jump at that as the "reason" they lost. The thing is, Fnatic had a very strong and specific lineup. The champions all have high mobility, a lot of poke and the right CC to catch enemy champions. TSM had a decent lineup but aside from Yorick ulting Caitlynn and Pulverise and Pillar of flame, there wasn't a whole lot too it. Teams with really good synergy aren't seen that often yet but we're starting to see more game-plans (you saw CLG's goal of having Cho and Trundle protect the main damage). TSM needed to do a little more homework here. I know Shushei has played Talon but I don't think he's good at him yet and I'm not sure if any of fnatic are particularly good as Akali (and surely if you're expecting to get Yorick it shouldn't be a big deal in lane). Shushei is famous for Gragas and Xpeke is famous for Kassadin. You can't let them get these champions, especially not together.

They've tried the 1v2 botlane like every time for the past 3 tourneys and every time it freaking fails. TSM has got to stop doing weird shit and trying so hard to counter the meta. Honestly, if they just went Yorick top, Cait mid, Brand/Ali bot from the get-go, game would've been so much different. I think the thing that lost them the game were the teamfights. Yorick catched up really fast, unnaturally fast. So the laneswitch was ok. The rammus jungle who raped them, was a problem they did not account for. Or Shushei hitting every effing ulti almost perfectly.

I think he gets in his own way though, his attitude isn't great.

But unless we can get an international tournament going on as expected, than we cant tell. WE won against CLG in China. Ehome made place 4. Who knows how it would look like if all the top teams would actually meet. America vs Europe is alway a nice topic, but we should not forget asia. WE really played well at guangzhou. They did not win by accident.

In contrast Fnatic always seems to approach their games in a much more casual manner. They just go out and play.

Well, I kinda disagree cause Yorick's strongest point is the fact that he can completely dominate his lane. By sending him bot, you basically completely give that up. TRM basically spent the first 20-25 minutes of the game playing catch-up, when he should've instead made it the other way around for whoever he's laning against. TSM tried to have Brand/Ali deny Kass top, but Ali decided to roam and completely defeated the purposed of a 2v1 top lane. Then the huge lane switches put them even more behind. Honestly, if they just sent Yorick top to annoy Kass and had Brand/Ali bot with Ali not roaming they would've been able to teamfight so much better. Altho yes, Fnatic's comp was much much stronger in general than TSM's. But honestly, TSM is just defeating themselves as much as Fnatic won.
