W+E is really good peel and R can deny ganks so well Passive+Targon gives you instant shield for trades as well Haven't vsed any mage supports but I think she would counter tank supports like Shen/Naut

I've only tried her against a Shen support and it felt surprisingly strong actually, she scales harder with the cheaper items than Shen and can completely cockblock any aggressive initiation from him with her W and it's super easy to stop him from ultimating him away if you just have the slightest inkling where he is. It could be interesting to try her against super squishy supports like Zilean, Sona or Soraka (lets pretend she's not banned). But I feel like it'd a very high risk vs reward situation since it'd fully be dependant on you setting up outplays during lane. ------- Singed seems pretty strong against her in top, at least I just got wrecked completely.

I've started going BC first in all match ups I'm winning now (which is almost always vs melee) I think it's just always better. So in ap match ups I don't reach 40% cdr till 3rd item, instead of 2nd, and I can actually oom at low levels. Combine this with the fact you are going to miss singed a lot since you can't use minions to bait him into Qs. If he Buffers Flip do you get flipped when you charge him? I know for Renekton if you charge his first dash into a wall he does not get a 2nd. (or at least thats what my opponent told me)

Quinn and Singed pretty much win everything hitbox related, Quinn because she interrupts orders when she starts the cast, not when she hits you (imagine taking a 0.5s Ahri charm and a root at the same time), Singed because his flip has longer range than his model. Even Vi's Q or J4's EQ lose it iirc (Vi loses to J4 for reference).

1)Early levels, when it's coming up soon start autoing creeps to get Grasp proc up, take a swig of your corrupting pot and you actually do some disgusting harass with it 2)If you get a last hit with gauntlet it auto returns to poppy so you can bait yourself into your opponents harass quickly cs a minion with passive and block all the damage, usually leading to a large out trade. 3)Once you are already winning opponents will often try to snuff out your shield at any cost because they are tilted and tired of losing, so while you can't control this one as freely a lot of times it will get your opponent to put them selves in position for a good trade, either by going between you and a wall or you can just put the gauntlet between you and them and heroic charge thru it for a large out trade because you pick it up on the way in. 4)post lane phase mostly used for ranged Frozen fist/deadmans procs although honorable mention goes to the shield being a beast for objectives

iceborn is just really good in cost effectiveness atm, if you character can benefit from the stats it's good not even counting the slow. it also gives pushing power to tanks since deadpans is sorta crowding out sun fire for the moment. As for specifically to poppy, all of the things I have mentioned are good on her. -she can proc sheen in combos well -cdr is really handy for he -the mana makes Q literally on cd spammable - getting a ranged slow with her passive gives you more opportunity to set up a wall stun w/o flash -she actually really needs the pushing power in post lane phase situations where she sucks balls at pushing because her Q does reduced damage to minions for some reason. (although tbh I'm pretty sure that helps early game so it's a wash) back to in general, I like to think of Glacial as the Athene's for mana based tanks, if you are playing a tank with mana resource I just think you at some point want to get a glacial item and that is why Deadmans + Fist > Deadmans + Sunfire for pushing imo.
