Terran against Protoss late-game deathball

Terran against Protoss late-game deathball has been a problem in WOL and HOTS for very long. Terran simply doesn't have the right weapon in the late-game to deal with Protoss's AOE and tanky colossus and tempest. Below is an example of TvP late-game in HOTS.

When I think about the new LOTV Terran units Liberator and Cyclone, they don't feel like a solution to this problem. They are more of a harassment/situational/mobile units rather than something you can integrate in to a 200 supply army for a face-to-face late-game fight. And most Protoss units including the new Adept and Disruptor are able to be integrated into an even stronger Protoss late-game army.

Every single community feedback and balance update so far hasn't say anything about this problem. I am just wondering if anyone has an opinion or experience about TvP late-game in LOTV.

TY vs Classic in HOTS

HOTS had a lot of deathball play. Early on the developers decided to focus on how to reduce it. They nerfed the collossus significantly in legacy of the void and most protoss are still abusing adept void ray allins. There is fallout that effects the protoss economy more seriously than the other races. Protoss mostly go carriers. Terran usually try to just keep protoss on 3 bases or base trade with the mass carriers. There are people who are complaining that they cannot fight the carrier deathball. Collossus isn't as prevalent, nor morbid to terrans at the moment. Also, Protoss is being reworked at its core since chronoboost was more effective as an allin tool than a macro tool. I think all of these factors have led to a different discussion/different playstyles which are being discussed at the moment.
