I'm sorry. If there was a time where Protosses could toy with the Terran, it is right now. You can scout the whole map and you will still get hit by random build order wins very often, be it proxied or not. It's mostly the fault of the MSC. It just gives Protoss too much leeway and an opportunity to fail an allin and still proceed to normal "macro" game while acting as a scout and on top of that it gives Protoss some offensive capabilities early on. Just broken as fuck, basically. edit: Oh, and believe me, getting half of your SCV's erased @5:45 feels way worse then the Hellbat/Marine timing @9:00. | ||

Obviously Photon Cannons need the Forge restriction, but Turrets... I mean no one is going to Turret rush. You can't scout everything, Protoss can still hide tech anywhere on the map, and even when you scout and prepare, you're not foolproof. That's what makes certain all-ins so strong, they can work even if scouted. | ||
