To be honest, not that much has changed. Many details so far. But except for the worker change (which is a big change but in the end probably will just decrease the time needed for 200/200 deathball attack = zzzZzz ) the changes are less than WoL -> HotS, at least so far. I'm more curious how the beta will turn out in the next month, i.e. what changes there are coming up. I hope some real impactful. So far it's for sure not worth the hype in here. | ||

Most new units dont feel like main used units but Gimickunits like the oracle has been. You fool around with them, do some micro stuff and when game transitions into macro game, you never see them again, | ||

But I guess it depends from where you come, what expectation you had for LotV. If you played 2000+ games of HotS and are happy with the status quo, 16 workers and 25% less ressources per base is a huuuuuuuuge change. If you were unhappy with the status quo, feeling the game to be stuck and getting boring, and feeling that LotV is the last chance for SC2 to turn from a good game into a really really good game like SCBW was, then there are reasons to be not hyped with the status quo. But that's the reason why I'm more hyped for the coming months rather than the status quo. Still hoping for more nice changes and units. Economy changes are good, no doubt, but more big changes would be perfect. | ||
